FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We're a brand and packaging design firm built specifically for food and beverage companies. That means we handle everything from brand strategy and identity design to packaging systems, e-commerce websites, Amazon A+ content, sell sheets, and trade show materials. Some clients come to us for a single packaging project. Others need the full build from the ground up — logo, identity, packaging, website, and sales materials. Either way, the goal is the same: make sure your brand shows up to market looking like it belongs.Description text goes here

  • Most branding agencies work across industries — tech, hospitality, healthcare, you name it. We only work with food and beverage brands, which means we understand retail buyers, shelf dynamics, production requirements, and what it actually takes to get a product into stores. That focus shapes everything we do, from how we approach brand strategy to how we design packaging, build websites, and create sales materials. We're not generalists making things look pretty. We're building brands that perform in the real world.

  • Brand strategy, logo and brand identity, packaging design, brand and packaging refreshes, omnichannel retail design (displays, shelf talkers, end caps, Amazon, Instacart), Shopify websites, sell sheets, pitch decks, trade show booth design, product photography direction, and merchandise. We can handle one piece or the entire ecosystem. Most of our clients need more than just packaging — they need a cohesive brand presence across shelf, screen, and sales meetings.

  • It depends on the scope. A packaging refresh for a few SKUs is a different investment than a full brand build with identity, packaging, a website, and sales materials. Most of our projects range from $10,000 to $50,000+, depending on how many deliverables are involved and whether we're refining an existing brand or starting from scratch. We'll give you a clear scope and pricing before any work begins.

  • A focused packaging project usually runs 8 to 16 weeks from kickoff to print-ready files. A full brand build with identity, packaging, website, and additional deliverables can take 16 to 24 weeks. Timeline depends on the scope, the number of SKUs, and how quickly feedback moves on your end. We'll map out a realistic schedule at the start so there aren't any surprises.

  • Both. We've built brands from zero — no logo, no packaging, no visual system, no website — and we've refreshed brands already on shelf at national retailers. The common thread is that every client we work with is serious about showing up to retail prepared. Whether you're pre-launch or scaling into new doors, the process is the same: strategy first, then design that performs.

  • You don't need everything figured out. But it helps if you know what product you're bringing to market, how many SKUs you're starting with, and roughly when you'd like to launch. If you have existing packaging, brand guidelines, competitor examples, or specific retailer requirements, share those too. And if you're not sure what you need yet, that's fine. Part of our job is helping you figure that out.

  • Retail-ready means your brand meets the strategic, visual, and technical standards that retailers and buyers expect — not just the packaging, but the full picture. That includes a strong identity, clear messaging, packaging with proper hierarchy and compliant labeling, and sales materials that make buyer meetings easier. It means showing up looking credible and intentional, not like you're figuring it out as you go. Buyers make snap judgments, and a retail-ready brand removes friction from that decision.
