As RoRo’s Baking Company grew into a national retail brand, its packaging needed to better reflect the quality and care behind the product. We partnered with the team to elevate the identity and create a more refined, shelf-ready system—while preserving the warmth and familiarity that define the brand.

As RoRo’s expanded from a beloved local brand to a national retail presence, the opportunity was to elevate the packaging without losing its authenticity. Our approach focused on refining the existing identity—enhancing typography, color, and overall cohesion to create a more confident and consistent brand expression. The packaging system was redesigned to improve hierarchy and clarity, ensuring key product information and brand cues are easy to read and impactful in a crowded freezer environment.
By prioritizing appetite appeal and product storytelling, the updated system brings the quality and comfort of RoRo’s products to the forefront. The result is a cohesive, modernized brand that feels both familiar and elevated—strengthening shelf presence and positioning RoRo’s Baking Company for continued growth in retail.
